XL Axiata released new features for customers in the form of emergency credit and credit control features. As the name implies, these two features are XL Axiata’s way of making it easier for customers to manage their credit usage.
One of the problems that customers often face is running out of credit suddenly because it is used by services outside the main package. This then becomes a reference for XL Axiata to provide convenience in communicating through the emergency credit and pulse control features.
With these two features, now XL and AXIS customers can still communicate when they run out of credit, and can also ensure that their credit remains safe from services outside the main package such as paid SMS, basic internet rates and subscription content SMS.
The emergency credit feature can be used anytime and anywhere. For example, when a customer runs out of credit and does not have access to buy credit, customers can easily access the myXL or AXISNet applications to borrow emergency credit.

The credit can be used to buy internet, voice and SMS packages. Payment will be deducted automatically in the amount of the loan and admin fees when topping up credit or transferring credit.
The credit control feature is a service that makes it easier for customers to lock their credit, so that the credit will be protected from usage outside the main package.
Customers don’t need to worry about losing credit without realizing it. What is meant by external usage includes, among others, paid SMS, subscription content SMS, and basic internet tariffs.
How to Use the Emergency Credit & XL Credit Control Features
Currently emergency credit and control services are available for customers on the myXL & AXISNet applications. To use the emergency credit service as well as the credit control feature, customers can take the following steps:

1. How to Use the Emergency Credit Feature for Prepaid XL Customers
- Login to the myXL application.
- After successful login, find the tab Emergency Credit continue click Check out the features on My Credit.
- Next press Borrow credit to see the nominal credit that can be borrowed.
- Choose the nominal as needed. Later payments will be deducted automatically in the amount of the loan and admin fees when topping up credit.
2. How to Use the Emergency Credit Feature for AXIS Customers
- Login to the AXISNet application.
- After successfully logging in, AXIS customers please select the icon Emergency Credit.
- Click Borrow to see the nominal credit that can be borrowed.
- Choose the nominal according to your needs, the payment will be deducted automatically in the amount of the loan and admin fees when topping up credit.
3. How to Activate the Credit Control Feature for Prepaid XL Customers
- Login to the myXL application
- After successful login, find the tab Remaining Credit.
- Click Check out the features in Pulsa I amfollowed by Pulse Control.
- Choose what services you will lock.
- Last press Confirmation and save service.
4. How to Activate the Credit Control Feature for AXIS Customers
- Login to the AXISNet application.
- After successfully logging in, click Your pulse.
- Next, click the green padlock next to the credit amount and select which service you will lock.
- Finally AXIS customers press Confirmation and save this pulse control service.
